How to change your name / appearance on GoToMeeting

After you have joined the meeting, look for the People icon on the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.

You will see a list of the people at the meeting. Click on your name which ends with "me" and select the "Edit name &  email" option. If you don't see your name, click the Attendees or Organizer to uncollapse the lists.

Change your name to what you want to appear at the meeting. It will use the initials to show on the meeting screen. Click the OK button to save, the x at the top-right corner to cancel.
