how to set the default java platform in NetBeans

1. Open the netbeans.conf file located in C:\Program Files\netbeans 11.0\etc directory.

2. Search the file for netbeans_jdkhome.

3. Change the value of the netbeans_jdkhome to the desired java path and save the change.

4. Restart the NetBeans IDE.
